The SiT5157 is a 60 MHz to 220 MHz MEMS Super-TCXO with ±0.5 ppm to ±2.5 ppm frequency stability, designed for high-reliability telecom, wireless, networking, industrial, precision GNSS, and audio/video applications. It features a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm package, operates from -40°C to +105°C, and provides LVCMOS output. The device supports factory-programmable frequencies in 1 Hz steps, includes on-chip regulators to eliminate external LDOs, and offers digital frequency pulling via I2C with up to ±3200 ppm range and 5 ppt resolution. Supply voltage is 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, or 3.3 V. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, Pb-free, halogen-free, and antimony-free.
