The SiT5157 is a 60 MHz to 220 MHz MEMS Super-TCXO with ±0.5 ppm to ±2.5 ppm frequency stability, designed for high-reliability telecom, wireless, and precision GNSS applications. It features a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm package, LVCMOS output, and operates from -40°C to +105°C. The device includes on-chip regulators to eliminate external LDOs, offers digital frequency control via I2C with up to ±3200 ppm pull range and 5 ppt resolution, and supports supply voltages of 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, or 3.3 V.
