The SiT5156 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz MEMS Super-TCXO with ±0.5 ppm to ±2.5 ppm frequency stability, housed in a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm package. It operates from -40°C to +105°C and integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for an external LDO. This variant is a VCTCXO with a 3.3 V supply, LVCMOS output, and a ±12.5 ppm pull range, offering voltage control of the output frequency. It supports LVCMOS or clipped sinewave outputs and is RoHS and REACH compliant.
