The SiT5156 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz MEMS Super-TCXO with ±0.5 ppm to ±2.5 ppm frequency stability, packaged in a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm surface-mount case. It operates from -40°C to +105°C and integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for an external LDO. This variant is a VCTCXO with a 2.5 V supply voltage and clipped sinewave output, offering voltage control of frequency. It supports LVCMOS or clipped sinewave outputs, is RoHS and REACH compliant, and features resistance to vibration, shock, and electromagnetic interference.
