The SiT5156 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz MEMS Super-TCXO with ±0.5 ppm to ±2.5 ppm frequency stability, housed in a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm package. It operates from -40°C to +105°C and features on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for an external LDO. This part is configured as a VCTCXO with a 2.5 V supply voltage and clipped sinewave output, supporting voltage-controlled frequency tuning. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, with LVCMOS or clipped sinewave output options, and is designed for high-reliability applications including telecom, GNSS, and precision timing systems.
