The SiT5156 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz MEMS Super-TCXO with ±0.5 ppm to ±2.5 ppm frequency stability, housed in a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm package. It features factory programmability for output frequency, supply voltage, and pull range, with options for LVCMOS or clipped sinewave output. Operating from -40°C to +105°C, it integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate external LDOs and delivers superior dynamic stability against airflow, thermal shock, vibration, and EMI. The VCTCXO configuration supports voltage-controlled frequency tuning, while the DCTCXO variant enables digital frequency adjustment via I2C with 5 ppt resolution and up to ±3200 ppm pull range. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, with no activity dips or micro jumps.
