The SiT5156 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz MEMS Super-TCXO with ±0.5 ppm to ±2.5 ppm frequency stability, designed for high-reliability applications in telecom, wireless, networking, and GNSS systems. It operates from -40°C to +105°C and features a 5.0 mm x 3.2 mm surface-mount package. This variant is configured as a TCXO with LVCMOS output, a 3.3 V supply voltage, and no frequency pull capability, using a pin 1 output enable function. It includes on-chip power regulators to eliminate the need for an external LDO, and is RoHS and REACH compliant. The device resists dynamic disturbances from airflow, thermal shock, vibration, and EMI, with no activity dips or micro jumps. The frequency is factory programmed to 20.000000 MHz.
