The SiT5156 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz MEMS Super-TCXO with ±0.5 ppm to ±2.5 ppm frequency stability, designed for high-reliability telecom, wireless, networking, and precision GNSS applications. It features a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm package, operate across -40°C to +105°C, and integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for an external LDO. The device supports LVCMOS or clipped sinewave output, operates at 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, or 3.3 V supply voltages, and is RoHS and REACH compliant. This variant is configured as a TCXO with non-pullable output frequency and OE pin functionality.
