The SiT5155 is a ±0.5 ppm MEMS Super-TCXO designed for GNSS/GPS precision timing applications, housed in a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm package with LVCMOS output, operating from -40°C to +105°C, and featuring on-chip power regulators to eliminate external LDOs. It supports digital frequency pulling via I²C with up to ±3200 ppm range and 5 ppt resolution, operates at 3.3 V supply, and is RoHS and REACH compliant.
