The SiT5155 is a ±0.5 ppm MEMS Super-TCXO designed for GNSS/GPS precision timing applications, housed in a 5.0 mm x 3.2 mm package with LVCMOS output. It operates across -40°C to +105°C with frequency stability of ±0.5 ppm over temperature and a typical frequency slope of ±15 ppb/°C. Integrated on-chip regulators eliminate the need for external LDOs, and it supports digital frequency pulling via I2C with up to ±3200 ppm range. The device is RoHS and REACH compliant, featuring no activity dips or micro jumps, and is resistant to shock, vibration, and board bending.
