The SiT5146 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz MEMS Super-TCXO with ±0.5 to ±2.5 ppm frequency stability and a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm package. It features acceleration sensitivity of 0.009 ppb/g or 0.1 ppb/g, operates from -40°C to +105°C, and includes on-chip regulators to eliminate external LDOs. This variant supports LVCMOS output at 2.8 V, with output enable control and ultra-low g-sensitivity. It offers digital frequency pulling via I²C with 5 ppt resolution and a ±150 ppm pull range.
