The SiT5146 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz MEMS Super-TCXO with ±0.5 ppm frequency stability across temperature, designed for high-reliability applications in telecom, GNSS, and military systems. It features a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm package, LVCMOS output, 3.3 V supply voltage, and operates from -40°C to +105°C. Acceleration sensitivity is 0.009 ppb/g, and it includes on-chip power regulators to eliminate the need for an external LDO. The device is RoHS and REACH compliant, Pb-free, Halogen-free, and Antimony-free.
