The SiT5146 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz MEMS Super-TCXO with ±0.5 to ±2.5 ppm frequency stability, designed for high-reliability applications in telecom, wireless, industrial, and GNSS systems. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C with an extended cold option down to -55°C. The device features an ultra-low acceleration sensitivity of 0.009 ppb/g, on-chip power regulators eliminating the need for an external LDO, and a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm surface-mount package. It supports LVCMOS output, operates at 3.3 V supply voltage, and includes digital frequency control via I2C with 5 ppt resolution and a pull range of ±3200 ppm.
