The SiT5021 is a high-performance differential (VC) TCXO offering frequencies from 1 to 220 MHz with frequency stability as low as ±5 ppm and RMS phase jitter of 0.6 ps over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. It supports LVPECL and LVDS output signaling, operates from a 2.25 to 3.63 V supply, and is available in industry-standard packages of 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. The device operates over an industrial temperature range of -40 to +85°C and includes a pull range of ±12.5, ±25, or ±50 ppm for voltage-controlled frequency adjustment.
