The SiT5021 is a 1 to 220 MHz high-performance differential (VC) TCXO available in industry-standard packages of 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. It supports LVPECL and LVDS output signaling, with a frequency stability of ±5 ppm over the industrial temperature range of -40 to +85°C and extended commercial range of -20 to +70°C. It features 0.6 ps RMS phase jitter over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, a supply voltage range of 2.25 to 3.63 V, and a pull range of ±12.5, ±25, or ±50 ppm. The device meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1@260°C environmental standards.
