The SiT5000 is a MEMS (VC)TCXO providing 27 standard frequencies between 10 MHz and 40 MHz, designed as a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz-based (VC)TCXOs. It supports LVCMOS output with a SoftEdge™ option for EMI reduction and offers frequency stability as low as ±5 ppm over the operating temperature range. The device operates from 1.71 V to 3.63 V, with supply current of 29-33 mA depending on voltage and load. Phase jitter is 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz), and it is available in standard 4-pin packages measuring 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm. It meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 @ 260°C standards, with 2 FIT reliability and RoHs and REACH compliance.
