The SiT5000 is a standard frequency MEMS (VC)TCXO designed as a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz-based oscillators in wireless, telecom, and networking applications. It offers 27 standard frequencies between 10 MHz and 40 MHz, with frequency stability of ±5 ppm over the operating temperature range and low phase jitter of 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz). The device supports LVCMOS output with a SoftEdge™ option for EMI reduction and operates with supply voltages of 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.8V, 3.0V, or 3.3V. Available in 4-pin packages of 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm, it meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 @ 260°C standards. Silicon reliability is rated at 2 FIT, and it is Pb-free, RoHS, and REACH compliant.
