The SiT3808 series is a high-performance MEMS voltage-controlled crystal oscillator (VCXO) offering frequencies from 1 MHz to 80 MHz with six-decimal-place accuracy and 100% pin-to-pin compatibility with quartz VCXOs. It provides frequency stability from ±10 ppm to ±50 ppm, pull ranges up to ±1600 ppm, and superior linearity at ≤1%. Available in four industry-standard packages: 2.7 mm × 2.4 mm, 3.2 mm × 2.5 mm, 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm, and 7.0 mm × 5.0 mm, with LVCMOS/LVTTL outputs. Operating temperature ranges include extended commercial (-20°C to +70°C) and industrial (-40°C to +85°C). The device supports supply voltages of 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 2.8 V, and 3.3 V, with current consumption as low as 29 mA at 20 MHz and 1.8 V. It meets RoHS, REACH, and MSL1 standards and is qualified to MIL-STD-883F and JESD22 for shock, vibration, and thermal cycling.
