The SiT3521 is a 1 to 340 MHz I2C/SPI programmable oscillator with ultra-low jitter, supporting LVPECL, LVDS, or HCSL outputs. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C, features integrated LDO noise filtering with 0.02 ps/mV PSNR, and achieves 0.21 ps typical integrated phase jitter (12 kHz to 20 MHz). The device is housed in a 10-lead QFN package measuring 5.0 x 3.2 mm and supports in-system programming via I2C with user-selectable addresses. It includes digitally controlled oscillator (DCO) mode with up to ±3200 ppm pull range and 5 ppt resolution, and is RoHS and REACH compliant.
