The SiT3373 is a 220 MHz to 725 MHz ultra-low jitter differential VCXO with a 3.2 x 2.5 mm package, utilizing DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technology for resistance to environmental stress. It offers 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typical) over 12 kHz to 20 MHz, frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm, and support for temperatures from -40°C to 105°C, with programmable pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm. The device includes integrated power supply noise filtering and is available in LVPECL, LVDS, or HCSL signaling formats. For this variant, the output signaling is LVPECL, the supply voltage is 3.3 V ±10%, and the pull range is ±400 ppm. It features an Output Enable function and supports extended industrial temperature range.
