The SiT3373 is a 220 MHz to 725 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low phase jitter of 0.225 ps RMS (typical) over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. It supports factory-programmable frequencies accurate to six decimal places and provides pull range options up to ±3200 ppm. The device features frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. It is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. The part includes on-chip regulators to reject power supply noise and uses DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technologies for resilience against airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration.
