The SiT3373 is a 220 MHz to 725 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with industry-standard package options of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. It offers frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm, a typical phase jitter of 0.225 ps RMS over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, and supports operating temperatures from -40°C to 105°C. The device integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and supports pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm. Output signaling is LVDS (code '4'), supply voltage is 2.8 V ±10% (code '28'), and it includes an output enable function.
