The SiT3373 is a 220 MHz to 725 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low jitter, designed for demanding telecom, networking, and industrial applications. It supports LVDS signaling, operates from a 2.5 V supply, and offers a pull range of ±25 ppm. The device is available in a 3.2 x 2.5 mm package, operates over the extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to 105°C, and achieves 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typ) over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. It integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and uses DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technology to resist environmental disturbances.
