The SiT1569 is a µPower, ultra-small oscillator with a factory-programmable frequency range of 1 Hz to 462.5 kHz and ±50 ppm maximum all-inclusive frequency stability over temperature, VDD, and aging. It operates from 1.8 V to 3.3 V and draws 3.3 µA at 100 kHz. The device is housed in a 1.5 mm × 0.8 mm CSP package with a maximum height of 0.6 mm, requires no external bypass capacitors, and delivers LVCMOS-compatible output. It is Pb-free, RoHS and REACH compliant, and supports industrial temperature range from -40°C to 85°C. The part includes on-chip VDD filtering and meets JESD22 ESD and MIL-STD mechanical shock and vibration standards.
