The SiT3373 is a 220 MHz to 725 MHz differential MEMS VCXO designed for low-jitter applications in telecom, networking, and industrial systems. It supports LVDS signaling, operates with a 2.8 V power supply, and offers a frequency stability of ±35 ppm. The device is available in a 3.2 x 2.5 mm package and provides a programmable pull range of ±50 ppm. It delivers 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typical) over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and operates across an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. On-chip regulators eliminate the need for an external LDO, and the device is resistant to airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration.
