The SiT3373 is a 220 MHz to 725 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low jitter, designed for telecom, networking, and industrial applications requiring precise clocking in noisy environments. It supports LVDS signaling, operates from a 2.8 V supply, and is available in a 3.2 x 2.5 mm surface-mount package. The device offers a programmable pull range of ±50 ppm, frequency stability of ±25 ppm, and a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to 105°C. Integrated on-chip regulators eliminate the need for an external LDO, and the device features exceptional resistance to airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration through DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technology. Phase jitter is 0.225 ps RMS typical over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth.
