The SiT3373 is a 220 MHz to 725 MHz differential MEMS VCXO designed for low-jitter applications in telecom, networking, and industrial systems. It is available in industry-standard package sizes of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. This part supports LVDS signaling, operates with a 2.8 V supply, and has a frequency stability of ±25 ppm. It delivers typ. 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and functions over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The device integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and employs DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technology for resilience against environmental disturbances.
