The SiT3373 is a 220 MHz to 725 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low jitter, designed for telecom, networking, and industrial applications. It is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. The device offers frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm, a phase jitter of 0.225 ps RMS (typical) over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, and supports operating temperatures from -40°C to 105°C. It integrates on-chip regulators to reject power supply noise and provides programmable pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm. Output signaling includes LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL.
