The SiT3373 is a 220 MHz to 725 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low jitter, designed for telecom, networking, and industrial applications. It supports LVPECL output signaling, operates with a 2.8 V ±10% supply voltage, and offers a pull range of ±25 ppm. The device features a 3.2 x 2.5 mm package, operates over the extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to 105°C, and achieves 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typical) over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth.
