The SiT3373 is a 220 MHz to 725 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low jitter, designed for demanding telecom, networking, and industrial applications. It features a ±100 ppm pull range, operates with a 3.3 V supply, and supports an extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. The device is available in a 7.0 x 5.0 mm package with LVDS output signaling, integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise, and achieves 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth.
