The SiT3373 is a 220 MHz to 725 MHz differential MEMS VCXO designed for low-jitter applications, featuring ±0.225 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm. It operates across temperature ranges from -40°C to 105°C and integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate external LDOs. Available in industry-standard package sizes of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm, it supports LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL signaling with pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm. The part includes a programmable output enable function in 5.0 x 3.2 mm and 7.0 x 5.0 mm packages.
