It supports LVDS signaling, operates with a 2.8 V ±10% power supply, and offers a frequency stability of ±35 ppm. The device is available in a 5.0 x 3.2 mm package with a center pad, and supports a pull range of ±200 ppm. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 95°C and integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise. The part achieves 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typical) over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth.
