The SiT3373 is a 220 MHz to 725 MHz differential MEMS VCXO designed for low-jitter applications in telecommunications, networking, and industrial systems. It supports LVDS output signaling, operates from a 3.0 V supply, and provides a pull range of ±100 ppm. The device offers frequency stability as low as ±35 ppm and a typical RMS phase jitter of 0.225 ps over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. It functions across a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C and is available in a 7.0 x 5.0 mm package with a center pad. On-chip regulators eliminate the need for an external LDO, and the device is resistant to airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration.
