The SiT3373 is a 220 MHz to 725 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low jitter, designed for high-performance telecom, networking, and industrial applications. It supports LVDS signaling, operates from a 2.8 V supply, and offers a pull range of ±100 ppm. The device is housed in a 5.0 x 3.2 mm package with a center pad, and maintains frequency stability of ±25 ppm across an extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. It integrates on-chip regulators to reject power supply noise and delivers 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typical) over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth.
