The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO designed for low-jitter applications, featuring ±15 ppm frequency stability, 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typ) over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, and support for operating temperatures from -40°C to 105°C. It is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm, with LVDS signaling and a 3.3 V power supply. The device integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and uses DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technology to resist airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration.
