The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO designed for low-jitter applications, featuring industry-standard packages in 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm sizes. It offers a typical phase jitter of 0.225 ps RMS over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm, with operating temperature ranges up to -40°C to 105°C. The device supports LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL output signaling, integrates on-chip regulators to reject power supply noise, and provides programmable pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm.
