The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO designed for low-jitter applications in telecom, networking, and industrial systems. It is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. The device delivers 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typical) over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and offers frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm. It supports operating temperatures from -40°C to 105°C and integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise. The SiT3372 provides programmable pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm and supports LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL output signaling types.
