It operates across temperature ranges from -40°C to 105°C and is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. The device supports LVPECL signaling, a 3.3 V supply, and includes programmable pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm, with an output enable function available in the 7.0 x 5.0 mm and 5.0 x 3.2 mm packages.
