The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, available in industry-standard 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm packages. It supports frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C, with pull range options up to ±3200 ppm. The device integrates on-chip regulators to reject power supply noise and uses DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technologies to resist airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration.
