The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low jitter, offering 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typ) over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm. It supports wide temperature ranges from -40°C to 105°C and is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, or 3.2 x 2.5 mm. The device integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and uses DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technologies for robustness against airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration. This part features LVDS signaling, a 3.3 V supply, a ±100 ppm pull range, and an Output Enable function.
