The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO using DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technology to achieve 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typ) from 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, with frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm and support for operating temperatures from -40°C to 105°C. It is available in industry-standard package sizes of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm, integrates on-chip regulators to reject power supply noise, and supports LVDS signaling with a 2.8 V ±10% supply and a ±80 ppm pull range. The output enable function is not enabled in this variant.
