The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low phase jitter of 0.225 ps RMS (typical) over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, designed for telecom, networking, and industrial applications. It is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, or 3.2 x 2.5 mm, and supports frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm with a wide temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. The device integrates on-chip regulators to reject power supply noise and uses SiTime's DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technologies to resist airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration. Output signaling options include LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL, with programmable pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm.
