The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with industry-standard packages in 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm sizes. It offers frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm, a typical phase jitter of 0.225 ps RMS over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, and operates across temperatures from -40°C to 105°C.
