The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with industry-standard package sizes of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. It delivers 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typical) over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and supports frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm. Operating temperature ranges extend from -40°C to 105°C, and the device integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise. It features programmable pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm and supports LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL output signaling. The part includes an output enable function in 7.0 x 5.0 mm and 5.0 x 3.2 mm packages.
