The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with industry-standard package options of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm. It features exceptional dynamic performance through DualMEMS® temperature sensing and TurboCompensation® technology, delivering 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typical) over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm. The device supports operating temperatures from -40°C to 105°C and integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for an external LDO. It offers programmable pull ranges up to ±3200 ppm and selectable output signaling types including LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL.
