The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO designed for low-jitter applications, featuring ±0.225 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm, and operation from -40°C to 105°C. It is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, or 3.2 x 2.5 mm, and integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for an external LDO. The device supports LVDS signaling and a 2.8 V supply voltage, with a pull range of ±100 ppm and an output enable function.
