The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO for low-jitter applications, housed in 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, or 3.2 x 2.5 mm packages. It offers frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm, a pull range of ±50 ppm, and 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. The device supports extended industrial temperature range from -40°C to 105°C and operates with a 3.3 V supply. It features LVDS signaling and includes on-chip regulators to reject power supply noise.
