The SiT3343 is a differential MEMS VCXO operating from 220.000001 MHz to 725 MHz with a typical phase jitter of 0.225 ps RMS over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and a maximum acceleration sensitivity of 0.1 ppb/g. It supports frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. The device is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm, and integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for an external LDO. This part supports a pull range of ±3200 ppm and operates from a 3.3 V supply.
