The SiT2024B is an automotive-grade oscillator compliant with AEC-Q100, housed in a 5-pin SOT23-5 package measuring 2.9 x 2.8 mm. It supports supply voltages of 1.8 V or 2.25 V to 3.63 V, operates over an extended temperature range of -55°C to 125°C, and delivers a frequency stability as tight as ±20 ppm. The device features a low power consumption of 3.8 mA typical at 1.8 V and provides LVCMOS/LVTTL-compatible output with a G-sensitivity of 0.1 PPB/G. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, Pb-free, Halogen-free, and Antimony-free, intended for automotive, powertrain control, and high-reliability applications.
