The SiT2001B is a single-chip SOT23-5 oscillator generating any frequency from 1 MHz to 110 MHz with frequency stability as low as ±20 ppm. It operates over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C with a supply voltage between 1.62 V and 3.63 V, consuming 3.5 mA typical current at 20 MHz. The device features a fast 5 ms start-up time and LVCMOS/HCMOS compatible output in a 2.9 mm × 2.8 mm package. It is Pb-free, RoHS and REACH compliant, and meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 @ 260°C environmental standards.
